how do you get mp3’s to play on the phone. when i hook it up to my computer it recognizes i have mp3’s in my file but on the phone it doesnt recognize i have music..can anybody help me i would appreciate it

how do you get mp3’s to play on the phone. when i hook it up to my computer it recognizes i have mp3’s 10 songs in my file but on the phone it doesnt recognize all ten songs but have 5 songs so can you help me in this matter. I have CECT HiPhone with dual sim.
And the other thing when i copy a photo from my computer to the memory card and see on the phone it says the photo is too large.

I have a problem with setting up my mail box it asks me to press numbers to set it up but how do I access the numeric pad? I’ll realy appreciate it.
